Rave Pilates to coś pomiędzy — doświadczenie stworzone dla ludzi, którzy kochają ruch, muzykę i atmosferę rave’u, ale chcą poczuć to w zupełnie nowy sposób.

To jeden z najbardziej wyjątkowych fitness experience w Polsce — połączenie klubowej energii, muzyki na żywo i świadomego ruchu w przestrzeni, która bardziej przypomina rave niż klasyczne studio treningowe.

Wchodzisz do klubu. Światła, dym, żywy DJ set.

Na macie ciało pracuje w rytmie techno — dynamiczne sekwencje inspirowane pilatesem i treningiem funkcjonalnym prowadzą Cię przez ruch, kontrolę i energię.

Każdy ruch jest świadomy. Każde napięcie ma znaczenie.

Beat prowadzi ciało, a Ty przestajesz myśleć o wszystkim poza tym, co dzieje się tu i teraz.

Ale to nie wszystko, po co tu przychodzisz.

Na wydarzeniu znajdziesz Tarot Corner, body painting oraz konkursy i niespodzianki od partnerów wydarzenia.

Możesz przyjść sam_a albo z ekipą.

Możesz wejść w ruch na 100% albo po prostu poczuć atmosferę.

🔥 The second Rave Pilates edition in Katowice.

This is not a typical Pilates class.

And it’s not a club night either.

Rave Pilates exists somewhere in between — an experience created for people who love movement, music and rave culture, but want to experience it in a completely different way.

It’s one of the most unique fitness experiences in Poland — combining club energy, live music and intentional movement in a space that feels more like a rave than a traditional workout studio.

You walk into a club. Lights, smoke, a live DJ set.

On the mat, your body moves to the rhythm of techno — dynamic sequences inspired by Pilates and functional training guide you through movement, control and energy.

Every movement is intentional. Every muscle activation matters.

The beat leads the body and, after a while, you stop thinking about everything except the present moment.

But that’s not the only reason people come.

At the event you’ll find a Tarot Corner, body painting and contests with special gifts from our partners.

Come alone or with friends.

Go fully into the movement or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

This is an experience that strengthens the body, clears the mind and leaves you with energy long after you leave the club.
