Techno Yoga to nie zajęcia fitness i nie impreza klubowa. To coś pomiędzy — stworzono dla ludzi, którzy kochają elektronikę, ale szukają czegoś więcej niż tylko nocy na parkiecie.

Wchodzisz do klubu. Są światła, dym, żywy DJ set. Na macie pracujesz z ciałem w rytmie techno — sekwencje power jogi i vinyasy, które płyną razem z muzyką. Każdy ruch ma sens. Każdy oddech trafia w beat.

Ale to nie wszystko, po co tu przychodzisz.

Na wydarzeniu znajdziesz Tarot Corner, body painting, strefę makeup i pop-upy z matcha albo kakao zależy od wydarzenia. Możesz przyjść z przyjaciółmi albo sam. Możesz się poruszać, możesz po prostu być. Nie ma alkoholu. Jest za to energia, która zostaje z tobą długo po wyjściu.

To jakościowy czas — z muzyką, z ruchem, z ludźmi, którzy czują to samo. To doświadczenie, które budzi ciało, oczyszcza głowę i wciąga w czysty stan flow.

There is nothing else like this in Wrocław.

Techno Yoga is not a fitness class and it's not a club night. It's something in between — built for people who love electronic music but want more than just another evening on the dancefloor.

You walk into a club. There are lights, smoke, a live DJ set. On the mat you move your body to the rhythm of techno — power yoga and vinyasa sequences that flow with the music. Every movement makes sense. Every breath lands on the beat.

But that's not the only reason you come.

The event has a Tarot Corner, body painting, a makeup zone and pop-ups with matcha or cacao. You can come with friends or on your own. You can move hard or just soak it in. There is no alcohol. There is energy that stays with you long after you leave.

This is quality time — with music, with movement, with people who feel the same way.
